Job Title: Operational Officer – Jenin- Location: Jenin Office- Duration: Permanent
INJAZ Palestine is an independent Palestinian non-profit NGO. Through partnerships with the private sector and educational sectors, INJAZ provides relevant programs at schools and universities for youth aged from 13 to 23 to inspire and educate them about entrepreneurial and leadership skills and helping them to enhance their economic opportunities.
INJAZ Palestine is looking for a dynamic and creative Operational Officer for its office in Jenin who will be able to do the following:
1-Develop strong partnerships with private and educational sectors.
2-Maintain strong relationships with media and coordinate local public relations initiatives.
3-Assure high quality implementation for INJAZ programs in the schools and universities.
4-Plan, monitor, and follow up INJAZ activities.
Qualifications:
1-University degree in Business Administration or Management.
2-At least 5 years experience in youth-related programs and training.
3-Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
4-Advanced computer skills.
5-Proven project design, planning, bidding, documentation, monitoring, and report-writing skills.
6-Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
