An advertising Agency located in Ramallah is currently seeking a Community Manager
to lead the day to day community management across a portfolio of clients, developing engaging content calendars, enhancing the brand tonality and growing overall interactivity with the online communities. Contribute to the team social media offering, social media listening and working closely with the creative team to develop awesome social media ideas / strategy.
Responsibilities:
-Attend briefings & strategy sessions.
-Develop content calendars and ongoing social media communications
-Drive community growth through the creation of up-to-date interactive and engaging content.
-Assist in the development of social media marketing plans that drive clients to action and add value to the brand.
-coordinate with planners & client leads to ensure integration, consistency & effectiveness
-Work with other members of the digital team to manage workload, projects, and the overall strategic direction of the team
-Keep the team up to date on the best voice, platforms and tools on-site and on social media.
Requirements/Qualifications:
-Inside out knowledge of social media technologies, platforms and services.
-Hands on experience in community management across Facebook, YouTube & Twitter. Experience in copy writing, developing content calendars and content strategies
-Excellent Arabic & English language skills
-Be a creative thinker who will always look for innovative solutions for our clients and our business
-Flawless writing skills accompanied with strong verbal/communication skills and the ability to prepare client-ready documents
-Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation that maps back to client business
-Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills a plus
-Proficiency in Adobe PhotoShop skills a plus
