World Vision Jerusalem-West Bank-Gaza is seeking a: Quality Assurance Manager
The successful candidate will:
Build a fund raising unit with the technical needs and the networking and public relations skills needed to ensure fund growth for WVJWG ministry
Develop and track a program quality strategy and annual plans
Ensure the implementation of A&D, M&E systems and tools across World Vision JWG, ensuring all A&D, M&E functions occur across the various projects
Manage a pool of technical specialists that will support programs and projects
Ensure alignment with Regional Office on knowledge management and use of appropriate tools/systems (Horizon)
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in development, social science or management. Masters preferred
At least 8 years’ experience in program or project design, assessment, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing required, including at least 5 years’ experience in management
Relational skills, especially in a cross-cultural environment
Strong planning, organizational and project management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication. Fluency in English
Ability to analyze and solve problems, and negotiations skills
Proven experience in successful fund raising
Experience in programming using a community empowerment approach
Ability to work gracefully under pressure
Computer literate in Microsoft Office Lotus Notes or similar database email and Internet.
